The good old days!

Ok, so I don't have all of my VHS tapes converted to a DVD. So I just recorded this while it was on tv. So you can see the crummy black line across the screen. But I am just in love listening to how my boys sounded so so many years ago. This was taken when I was single raising my babies on my own. I just remember this as the good ol' days.

Laughter

This is my photo I am entering in the i♥faces contest for laughter. I love seeing how everyone in this picture looks extremely happy. Nothing about this photo looks posed. I guess that's what happens when you get Grandma and her grandkids together!

Even though I did not edit it I did take this picture today. It is not often that I get to see my kids all getting along at the exact same time!!!! Happy Mother's Day to ME!

Sleeping Beauty

Just wanted to make sure I worked on one photo today. So here is what I came up with. She looks like sleeping beauty. She's had a big day playing with friends.

Slacking off

Well, I have completely slacked off on trying to do a photo each day for a month. But I guess that is because I have been out of the state. lol! So hopefully now I can try to accomplish my goal. This picture is off my oldest son and the guitar that he got for Christmas. Now all I have to do is get him lessons to learn how to play it! But I love the concentration on his face. It really looks like he knows what he is doing!

I am looking forward to taking more pictures this weekend since it is Mother's day weekend. My camera is slightly broken due to my plane ride. So I am really hoping to get that fixed.

Our trip

It is such a huge bummer that Brianna and I came down to NC to spend some time laying in the sun and it is doing nothing but rain! I knew before we came that it was going to be isolated showers but now it has turned into just plain rain. Of course the weather is supposed to be nice the day that we leave. I just hope we can find some things to do while we are here. The pool is outside so we can't swim. At least we get to spend some time with Daddy. He might not be able to come home for three weeks. I know that Brianna is going to miss him. She has really grown attached to him being around. I think it is rather sweet.

Fun in the sun

Well, my daughter and I will be going again to North Carolina this week. It will be our last little vacation for a while. I am really looking forward to going. This time when we go the pool will be open. So I am sure we will be spending lots of time in the sun. So that will also mean that I will be taking lots of pictures.

I am getting excited to have some fun for Mother's Day. I know that it always ends up feeling like any other day but the kids always think they are being good. LOL!

I have decided that I am going to try and take a picture every day and see what I can come up with for the month. I think it will be a fun project and a great way for me to practice. Here is one that I worked on this afternoon. I love the true expressions on everyone's face. When I look at it I can see the good times!

Threats

So what do you classify as a threat? When do you fear for your life or the life of a family member? How far do you let someone go with these threats before action is needed? What makes a person feel the need to make threats on somebody's life? Does it make them feel better? Do they get enjoyment out of it? Is their own life worth more than someone else's? Here is a threat that was just recently given to me. Now you tell me if I have something to worry about.

My druggy friends say u best watch ur back. Showed them where u live...they cant wait to abduct, rape & decapitate ur daughter! lol
